1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IPX platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

IPX provides a platform for:

• Investing in tokenized intellectual property
• Fractional ownership of creative projects
• Secondary market trading of IP tokens
• Revenue distribution to token holders

3. User Obligations

As a user of the IPX platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or manipulative activities
• Complete required KYC/AML verification procedures

4. Investment Risks

All investments carry risk. The value of tokens may fluctuate, and you may lose some or all of your investment. Revenue distributions are not guaranteed and depend on project performance.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the IPX platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IPX or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

IPX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8. Mobile Messaging (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, IPX may send you text messages under the IPX Production Notifications program — call sheets, schedule and location changes, crew invitations, payment confirmations, and one-time verification codes. Opting in is never required to create an account, use the platform, or be booked on a production.

• Message frequency varies; most users receive up to 10 messages per month, and up to 2 messages per day while working on an active production.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@ipx.exchange.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
